Defined Body Fitness’ guiding principal is the development of the individuals entire Mind, Body and Spirit. We recognize that physical exercise isn't enough. To be a champion in life you must also incorporate mental and nutritional training.

All of our workout programs are individually tailored to your specific individuals needs. We recognize every student is unique, with unique goals and constraints. That's why we customize your training around your busy schedule and around your busy needs.

Every new student must be assessed as to where they are mentally and physically in order to develop an individualized training program that will yield maximum benefit to them.

After your one hour Fitness Evaluation, your instructor will provide you with a detailed report explaining your current fitness level as well as a customized fitness plan based around your needs and schedule.

Once the plan has been agreed upon, your trainer will begin the coaching process.

Our specialized training programs are built for and around YOU. Each training program is specifically built around you individual needs and around your individual goals.

At Defined Body Fitness we recognize that not everyone has the same body type, experience level, learning style, and personal goals. That’s why every training program is individualized around YOU.

Your fitness training can be conducted in a variety of environments including your home, apartment, personal gym, or even a local park.

Scott Sager is a professional athlete trainer, certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He found the importance of physical development during his 6 years in the US Army. After completing his military service, he began to actively compete in Body Building, CrossFit and Power Lifting. He is now dedicated to educating and training individuals to achieve a better life through fitness and nutrition.

ISSA is the industry leading first fitness organization in the U.S. that is federally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and recognized by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation.

Body Building

Body Building is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's musculature.

In competitive amateur and professional bodybuilding, body builders appear in lineups doing specified poses, and later perform individual posing routines, for a panel of judges who rank competitors based on criteria such as symmetry, muscularity and conditioning.

Bodybuilders prepare for competition through a combination of dehydration, fat loss, oils, and tanning (or tanning lotions) which make their muscular definition more distinct.

Well-known bodybuilders include Charles Atlas, Steve Reeves, Reg Park, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno.

Power Lifting

Power Lifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.

The roots of power Lifting. are in traditions of strength training stretching back as far as Greek and Roman times. The modern sport originated in the USA and the Uk in the 1950s.

Knee wraps, weight belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps and special footwear may be used in competitions.

Competitions take place across the world but mostly in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Iceland, Egypt, Sweden, Finland, Russia and Ukraine.

Power Lifting. has been a Paralytic sport since 1984 and is also a World Games sport.

Crossfit Training

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

It advocates a perpetually varied mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program as “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad modal and time domains, with the stated goal of improving fitness, which it defines as "work capacity across broad time and modal domains.

Hour-long classes typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment, strength focused movement, the high-intensity "workout of the day" and a period of individual or group stretching.
